Join the Halloween festivities at Motiongate Dubai, the region’s largest Hollywood-inspired theme park, until October 31. Families are invited to dress up and enjoy spooky activities, including meet-and-greets, storytelling sessions, and live performances. Head to Smurfs Village for Halloween dance parties and interactive storytime sessions with Brainy Smurf. At Hotel Transylvania Mania, enjoy a fang-tastic live show featuring Drac, Mavis, and Johnny, followed by a candy grab. Over at Studio Central, watch witches and scarecrows dance during Hollywood Spooky Stars and Scarecrow Groove for guaranteed giggles. For the brave, Fright Nights offers chilling experiences like the SAW-themed maze and the Curse of the Moon Maze, along with the Fright Nights Parade and The Vampire Circus for an unforgettable Halloween experience.

King of Pop Art
Fan of the King of Pop Art, Andy Warhol? Go see the Andy Warhol: The Glam Factory exhibition at The Foundry, but do it before October 30. Warhol created the now famous Campbell Soup Cans paintings, and the instantly recognisable Marilyn Monroe portrait. Tickets for the exhibition are Dhs80 for the week. Read more here, and book here.

Teleport to the Riviera
Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse welcomes guests to its riviera-inspired, alfresco venue daily from 8am to 7pm. Guests can use the temperature-controlled pool and facilities, including sun loungers and cabanas, and order from a menu of food and drinks curated by Isola Ristorante. Entry costs Dhs50 on weekdays and Dhs100 on weekends, which is fully redeemable on food. And on Tuesday, ladies can enjoy a pool day with a main and two drinks for Dhs155.

New kid on the block
Foodies, there’s a new Indo-Asian gastropub in town! 59 Street Kitchen and Bar is the brainchild of Dubai-based food blogger, Bosco Pereira and his brother and chef, Dominic. The menu combines comfort food and adventurous eats. Diners can expect Mumbai classics such as egg burji and keema pav to South Asian faves including Singaporean chilli crab, and nasi goreng. Love being spooked? You have to book your seats to watch The Woman in Black at Zabeel Theatre at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The performance runs for four nights from Wednesday, October 30 to November 2, 2024. This Halloween, BIRDS is inviting guests to the 63rd floor of the Address Downtown for an evening of luxury and world-class entertainment. Inspired by the mystique of the blackbird, diners will step into Vorona’s shoes — a bewitching enchantress skilled in manipulating emotions and energy. Actors will bring her tumultuous story to life for your viewing pleasure while you sip on drinks from the special Halloween-themed bar menu and dine on Eurasian gastronomical fusion.
