Do you enjoy X-treme athletes, poppin’ mad verts, sick rails, and all sorts of righteous ollie’s?

Beginners and intermediates can pick up new skateboard tricks, while learning the lingo, or fine-tune old skills at Camp Rage this month located at Dubai Sports World in the World Trade Centre.

“Setting up Camp Rage is our way of trying to grow the skateboarding community here in Dubai while letting people know the health benefits of skateboarding and BMXing,” says Riley, Marketing Manager at Rage. “Since it’s an huge indoor facility, kids young and old can get some exercise, learn something new and keep cool in the process.”

Daily two-hour lessons are held over five days, taught by pro-board Mack McKelton from Germany. Skate lessons run until July 18 and costs Dhs750, including one-week skate park access.

BMX
BMX still garners a huge following among extreme sports enthusiasts and you can learn the basics with American pro-rider Mat Armstrong. Lessons take place from July 20 to August, 11am.
