Barasti is one of the city’s best-loved venues, whether it be for a night out on the sand, ladies’ day by the pool or catching the live sports. And for the Rugby World Cup 2019, they’re going all out, even transforming the middle deck of the beach bar into a mini rugby pitch.
The rugby-themed makeover has seen the middle deck covered with astroturf and scattered with bean bags to ensure maximum comfort. Outdoor air conditioning that has been carefully positioned to ensure that you keep your cool, even when things heat up on the pitch.
Of course, Barasti’s giant LED screen remains, meaning no mater where you’re sat, you’ll be front row to all the Rugby World Cup action.
Plus on weekends, the venue opens its purpose-built fan zone, where guests will have the chance to win an all-expenses paid trip for two to the Rugby finals in Japan.
There’s plenty of deals to keep your energy up too. Beer buckets are priced from Dhs150 for five, and Dhs120 for three. A burger and a pint will set you back Dhs99, while a bucket of beers and portion of wings is Dhs200.
For the early morning games, Barasti will serve up a hearty game day breakfast each day until 11am.
It’s free entry for everyone, and no reservations are required, so just round up your mates and make your way to Barasti.
