For the love of the Levant…
One Central, World Trade Centre’s newest commercial and retail hub, is fast becoming the place to be if you want to sample some delicious grub. There’s something for everyone at this buzzing location, from Indian to French, Italian, Middle Eastern and more, and it’s as chic as it gets.
Spots like More Café, Monkey Bar and Andes are just some of the budding crowd favourites embellishing the dining scene at One Central. And you can now add Tahini, a culinary experience inspired by the Levant, to your newest must-try dining list in Dubai.
The ambience of the restaurant is meant to recreate the Levantine world, not just through taste, but also through smells, sights and sounds. Before you even take a seat, you will teleport to the Levant thanks to the traditional architecture from the curving arches of the Baghdadi roofs to the patina green window frames – characteristics that echo coastal houses on the streets of Lebanon.
The story
Tahini is a gastronomic love letter to the region of the Levant showcasing authentic Levantine and Mediterranean flavours using fresh ingredients from the land and the sea. It combines traditional cooking methods with modern techniques to create the dishes on the menu.

What’s On the menu?
The spread at Tahini has much to offer from grilled and fired meats, and it changes every week. Seafood fans will find plenty of it is part of the daytime menu at the restaurant which you can pair with fresh salads and mezze and wood-fired breads.
The breakfast options include both sweet and savoury dishes from manakish topped with unique flavours to home-baked pastries, cakes and egg dishes.
On the sustainable front, Tahini participates in sustainable production. The ingredients are sourced from local farmers in the UAE, uses seasonal produce and the eatery even grows their own ingredients when possible.
