A little party never killed nobody…

Dig out your flapper dresses and put on your best pearls; a glamorous Great Gatsby-themed dinner party is coming to Dubai this October.

Taking place from Thursday October 10 to Saturday October 12, at the iconic QE2, the dining experience is brought to you from the same people behind Gatsby: The Immersive Experience; an evening brunch and immersive theatre show that took place earlier this year.

The three-course set dinner is priced at Dhs395 including soft drinks, Dhs495 for the house package and Dhs595 for sparkling, and promises a night of live music, entertainment and dance that will throw you straight into the roaring twenties.

It’s not just dinner and a show either, during the evening you’ll be surrounded by characters enacting scenes straight out of the 1920’s classic, leaving you feeling like you got one of the golden ticket invites to one of Jay Gatsby’s notorious Long Island parties.

Mr Gatsby will expect nothing but the best attire for one of his legendary parties, so guys get on your your most dapper of suits, and ladies, feathers, beads and only your shiniest jewellery will do.

Make sure to don your dancing shoes, too, as there will definitely be more than one opportunity to try your feet and the Charleston, Foxtrot and the Tango amongst all of the American classic’s famous characters.

The dinner experience will run from 8.30pm to 11.30pm each night from Thursday, October 10 to Saturday, October 12th, with an additional Friday matinée show on Friday October 11 from 1pm to 4pm.
