The city celebrations begin at the stroke of midnight as fireworks take off in Downtown Dubai from the iconic Burj Khalifa – where visitors can watch the show from specially allocated viewing points in Burj Park – before more fireworks set off from the Boulevard’s residential rooftops, travelling across the coast towards the Burj Al Arab for another spectacular fireworks display at approximately 12.09am. Finally at 12.16am, the fireworks culminate at JBR, for a show stopping display lighting up Dubai Marina’s night sky.
