Staycation fans, you’ll soon have a new property to check out as a luxe new hotel is opening its doors on the Palm Jumeirah later this year. Andaz Dubai The Palm is expected to open in the last quarter of 2019, and will be the first Andaz branded hotel in Dubai.

Split between two 15-storey towers, the hotel will feature 217 guest rooms as well as 116 serviced apartments that will be inspired by the colours of Arabia.

The beautiful new beachfront hotel will also boast four restaurants as well as a fitness center, spa and meeting facilities as well as a luxe outdoor pool in beautifully landscaped gardens.

Andaz, part of the Hyatt hospitality group already have a hotel in Abu Dhabi – Andaz Capital Gate. The Hyatt group also announced that they’re currently developing a hotel at La Mer. Set to open in 2020, Hyatt Centric La Mer promises to be a ‘launch pad for exploration and discovery’ when it opens to the public next year.

When it opens later this year, Andaz Dubai The Palm will join the likes of W Dubai – The Palm and Emerald Palace Kempinski which have both opened their doors on the Palm Jumeirah recently.

And it won’t be the only new hotel opening we see this year.

Still to come across the city are hotly anticipated hotel openings including Waldorf Astoria DIFC, which will open imminently in Burj Daman, a new Taj hotel, which is coming to JLT and Address Sky View, the fourth Downtown property for the Address hotel brand, which will take reservations from August 1.
