Having spent over two decades pleasing guests with his heart-warming creations, Chef Rami loves to take his guests on a journey through regional cuisine. Highlights from his inventive fusion cuisine include a Mandi-cooked lamb, traditional favorites flavoured with hand-roasted spices, and tagine cooked in authentic clay cookware.

4. The variety of food on offer is extensive

Spread across nine food stations, Chef Rami and his team will serve the best of Middle Eastern cuisine as well as other international delicacies from Peruvian to Italian.

5. You can experience iftar in a private majlis

If you want to make your iftar experience even more special this Ramadan, check out the beautiful private majlis’ which seat groups of 6 to 10 people. The individual spaces offers a secluded area to re-connect with family and friends with personalised service in an elegant setting. 

Iftar is available from sunset to 8.30pm for Dhs205 and includes the iftar buffet, plus Ramadan juices and water.  Children below 5 dine free, while 6 to 12 years dine half price.

Suhoor is available from 10pm to 2am on an a la carte basis. A package of shisha, water and Arabic tea and coffee is available for Dhs120.

A private majlis is available at a minimum spend of Dhs1,880 for iftar daily and Dhs1,500 for suhoor on weekends only.
