Family-friendly Mina’s Kitchen at The Westin has just undergone a makeover and is back with an eclectic new look and a unique dining concept to boot.

As well as the brand new interior design – think leafy and botanical, black and white chequered flooring and colourful leather seating – the outdoor terrace will also have a revamp just in time for the cooler weather and alfresco dining, with an outdoor bar, shisha corner and Parisian-inspired café and menu.

Alongside casual buffet-style dining at any time of day, there’s set to be some top daily deals including a brand new Wednesday ‘Glamour-us’ Ladies Night, Thursday ‘Maritime’ Seafood night and the return of Dubai’s legendary Bubbalicious brunch on Fridays and the longest breakfast brunch in town on Saturday.

The buffet-style dining concept offers ten live cooking stations for breakfast (Dhs105), lunch (Dhs150) and dinner (Dhs210) every day, with options ranging from healthy salads to hearty pastas, comforting meat dishes and cuisine from around the world.

For the health conscious, the healthy menu means you can create your own salads, wraps or sandwiches or enjoy raw dishes such as sushi, poke bowls and Vietnamese spring rolls.

For the ladies, Mina Kitchen’s new Wednesday ladies’ night offers four complimentary drinks and 50 per cent off the buffet from 7pm, while seafood lovers can get endless helpings of their favourite fare every Thursday from 7pm to 11pm, priced at Dhs249 with soft drinks or Dhs349 for house beverages.

Dubai’s iconic Bubbalicious brunch is also back at the new Mina’s Kitchen, serving up an incredible variety of free flowing food and drink from 1pm to 4pm, priced at Dhs620 with champagne, Dhs520 for the sparkling package and Dhs420 with unlimited soft drinks.

The new restaurant will launch a new Saturday brunch from September 7, which will satisfy even the latest of risers. Running from 11am to 3pm, the breakfast buffet can be raided as many times as you like in between free flowing breakfast beverages such as mimosas or bloody Marys. It’s Dhs245 including house drinks and cocktails, or Dhs145 for the soft drink package.
