A nurse finds out she just has two days left to live, thanks to an app called Countdown and soon starts to notice a live, mysterious creature following her waiting to kill her. Could the app actually be real and if so, can she really escape her fate…?

The Farewell

Don’t forget to carry some tissues for this one as it looks like a real tear jerker. Billi is a headstrong Chinese-American woman making her way back to China when she finds out her beloved grandmother has been diagnosed with cancer. Upon her return, she comes to know that her family are hiding the news from the grandmother. To help keep grandma in the dark about the cancer but to enable the whole family to see her without her getting suspicious, they stage an impromptu wedding before she dies.

The film follows the grieving family of Maise, a young 8 year old girl who mysteriously disappeared a year ago. They see strange lights in the nearby forest and witness inexplicably strange phenomenon that rattle them to the core. The origin of the lights appear to be visitors from another world that seemingly terrorize the family.
