What’s On has a great competition – one month of Vita Coco Coconut Water to giveaway, along with a place on the Spartan Race in Dubai.

For those who want to unleash their inner Spartan warrior and climb mud mountains or jump over hot coals, the wait is nearly over.

The 5km military-style timed event, which challenges participants to conquer more than 20 obstacles, will take place at the Jebel Ali Racecourse (behind The Greens and TECOM).

Mud pools, a rope climb, a slippery wall, barbed-wire trenches, a spear throw, a fire jump and a tyre flip are just a handful of feats participants can expect. Spartans who don’t complete an obstacle will be directed to a burpee station where they must complete 30 burpees before being allowed to continue.

Aside from the race itself, there will also be a large festival area with family-friendly fairground games as well as a mud pit tug-of-war and arm-wrestling competitions.

Ahead of the event, What’s On have teamed up with Vita Coco Coconut Water to giveaway a month’s free supply of their natural coconut water, along with a chance to participate in the Reebok Spartan Sprint.
