Dubai supermarket Carrefour is set to slash prices of over 12,000 products at its UAE stores during the holy month of Ramadan.
From now until May 29, 2019, customers can avail discounts of up to 77 per cent off food products and 50 per cent off non-food items at the supermarket chain.
The move comes as part of a Dhs110 million campaign, centering around the theme of “Taking Care of You This Ramadan” set to ease financial burden and give back to Carrefour consumers this Ramadan.
“This year, the objective of our campaign is to drive even greater value and convenience for customers to help ease their shopping experiences, allowing them to truly embrace the spirit of Ramadan and share great moments with those who matter most,” said Philippe Peguilhan Country Manager of Carrefour UAE.

Boxes can also be purchased for personal use at Dhs50 or Dhs100 for regular and large boxes respectively. Filled with pantry essentials such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour, lentils and pasta, the boxes offer an average of 20 per cent discount on the normal price of the total goods.
