Who wouldn’t want their address to be Sparkle Towers?

New residential towers popping up across Dubai is nothing new, but the latest launch has caught the eye of our inner magpie. Sparkle Towers are currently under construction in Dubai Marina, and they’re being designed in partnership with crystal giant, Swarovski.

Found on one of the last remaining plots in Dubai Marina, the development is made up of two towers of 14 storeys and 29 storeys high respectively, linked by a podium. Inside, you’ll find 373 luxury apartments ranging from a studio up to a four-bedroom penthouse.

While most of the project has already been sold, the final phase of the project has just been launched, with apartments starting from Dhs845,000.

The towers, and their apartments, will have a jeweled décor theme running throughout, including sparkling lighting applications and crystal enhancements in the luxury apartments.

The residences will also boast a grand marble entrance and a lobby covered in crystals – what better way to make a flashy arrival?

Elsewhere in the development, there will be a fitness centre and spa, swimming pools, jacuzzi’s for men and women, childrens play area and a dedicated residents lounge.
