The Budapest singer will make his Dubai debut in January.

George Ezra is set to bring his soulful vocals to Dubai for the very first time.

The English singer-songwriter, best known for hits like Budapest and Blame It On Me, will take to the stage at Dubai World Trade Centre on January 22.

Tickets for the show will go on sale from midday on Tuesday October 30.

From humble beginnings as a music student in Bristol, the 25-year-old has gone on to establish himself as one of the UK’s most successful musical exports.

His debut album Wanted on Voyage was named the third best-selling album of 2014 in the UK, after x by Ed Sheeran and In the Lonely Hour by Sam Smith.

Ezra released his second album, Staying at Tamara’s, in March this year. The album was inspired by his time renting an Airbnb in Barcelona off a woman named Tamara.

His latest single from the album, Shotgun, earned Ezra his first number 1 single in the UK.

Tickets to his Dubai World Trade Centre gig will cost Dhs295 for general admission, or Dhs459 for golden circle seats.
