Huda Beauty

Beauty blog turned billion-dollar business, Huda Beauty is possibly one of the UAE’s biggest success stories, founded by Iraqi-American beauty mogul Huda Kattan in 2013. From eye-shadow palettes to liquid matte lipstick, these products have become global best-sellers since their launch in Dubai. Recently, Huda has also moved into the world of skincare with Wishful and, together with her sister Mona, launched a fragrance brand, Kayali.


All Things Mochi

Born in the UAE, designed in Amsterdam, Mochi is easily recognisable for its beautiful, printed clothes combined with vintage- inspired designs. The female-focused handmade pieces are made to make you feel more confident and express yourself.



Dubai-born LC was founded by resident Lyndsay Doran who found a gap in the market for high-quality athleisure wear that fits all shapes and sizes. From roasting cocoa beans to hand-wrapping bars, this homegrown bean-to-bar chocolate factory is a must-visit for chocolate aficionados. Inspired by the UAE’s history, the name comes from the Arabic for ‘herald’– it’s a star that used to signal the start of the summer winds and, as such, the ripening of the dates.


Sand Dollar

Bedia Gallery


This is one of the most recent galleries to enter the Dubai art scene, and it is owned by Kemal Yazici – the first Turkish gallery owner and artist in Dubai.
