The Wedding Year

Mara is a 27 year old photographer with commitment issues – possibly stemming for the fact that her parents had a messy divorce. However, it turns out to be a year of weddings for her, where everyone and their mothers are getting married. She begins to date a guy called Jake and their relationship is put to the test as the two embark on a year of attending weddings together.

Born a King

Based on the extraordinary true story of 14-year-old Faisal, Born a King follows the younger son of the first King of Saudi Arabia, who in 1919 is sent on a diplomatic mission to England. In the frenetic post-WWI atmosphere, Faisal becomes the first Saudi Royal to visit the UK on a politically precarious trip lasting 5 months. Faisal ultimately became the hugely popular King of Saudi Arabia (1964-1975), implementing modernization and reform.

 Cold Blood Legacy

Henry, a legendary but now retired hit man, lives in peace and isolation in the barren North American wilderness. When he rescues a woman from a snowmobiling accident, he soon discovers that she’s harbouring a secret that forces him to return to his lethal ways.

Abominable

Yi is a young teenager who feels suffocated living the life she is with rules and restrictions. Her father’s wish for her to travel the world and seek adventure lingers in her heart but little does she know, her wish is going to become a reality. One night, she encounters a young Yeti on the roof of her apartment building in Shanghai and she, along with her mischievous friends, Jin and Peng name him “Everest”. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to reunite the magical creature with his family at the highest point on Earth. But the trio of friends will have to stay one-step ahead of Burnish, a wealthy man intent on capturing a Yeti, and zoologist Dr. Zara, to help Everest get home.

The Informer

Pete Koslow’s is an honorably discharged Special Ops soldier, and his world is turned upside-down. He gets jailed after a fight to protect his wife but is given a chance for early release by becoming an informant for the FBI. Koslow has to use his covert skills in an operation to take down The General, the most powerful crime boss in New York, but when a FBI sting meant to finally earn Koslow his freedom results in the death of an undercover NYPD cop, he finds himself caught in the crossfire between the mob and the FBI. The General insists that Koslow return to prison to spearhead a drug operation from inside, and the FBI affirm that going back to jail to do The General’s bidding is the only way for Koslow to keep his deal with them alive. Koslow is caught in a world of impossible choices, leaving him with no choice but to return to prison to formulate a plan to escape the clutches of three of New York City’s most powerful organizations – the mob, the NYPD and the FBI – in order to save himself and his family.
