Dubai is well-known for its plethora of supercars, and a Ferrari or Lamborghini in your peripherals is a regular sight. But in a city where a black Bentley or a red Maserati is known as basic, we wanted to share a few of the super supercars that you might spot on the streets of Dubai.

Here’s five of the most extravagant supercars you’ll find in Dubai.

Dubai Police’s Maserati Granturismo

If there’s anyone with an impressive set of supercars, it’s Dubai Police. They’re ever-growing fleet contains a Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Mercedes, Aston Martin and now more recently, a Maserati Granturismo. The extravagant Italian car comes fit with a V8 engine to make it extra fast for catching criminals.

Also known as the Batmobile, Devel Sixteen is one of the fastest cars in the world, reaching speeds of up to 500 kilometres per hour. Drake is a big fan, borrowing the car from Dubai-based motor company, Devel, for some of his music videos.

Morgan Aero 8

Moving on to what looks like a cross between an old-fashioned motor and a super fast sports car, the Morgan Aero 8 is not to be underestimated. The British car can reach speeds of almost 300 kilometres per hour, with its 367bhp BMW N62 V8 engine.

Fenyr SuperSport

Built by Lebanese car company, W Motors, the Fenyr has top speeds of 400 kilometres per hour. The car, which was unveiled at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show, has a claimed 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 2.7 seconds.

Apollo Intensa Emozione

Price estimate: Dhs9,549,540

In 2017, car manufacturer Apollo revealed its Intensa Emozione or IE model (meaning intense emotion) in Germany, but in 2019 it made its way to Dubai. The hypercar might not be the fastest in the list (top speed of 335 km/h) but its certainly one of the most aesthetically pleasing.
