You might want to rethink that beach day…

Residents across the UAE can prepare for a cloudy weekend with a chance of rainfall, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Moderate winds will cause blowing dust and sand across the country, with moderate to rough seas expected over the next four days. Temperatures could drop to as low as 14 degrees celsius, with highs of 28 along the coast.

NCM warned that residents should be prepared for hazardous weather, and to comply with advice issued by the authorities.

Thursday December 12 should by dry but humid, with wind speeds reaching up to 42 kilometres per hour at times. Watch out for poor visibility, as moderate winds will cause a stir with dust and sand.

On Friday December 13, there’s a probability of some rain, with cloudy skies during the evening and early morning. On Saturday December 13, the weather will improve a little, as it’s likely to be a fair to cloudy day with light to moderate north-easterly and south-easterly winds.
