If you were walking around Downtown Dubai last night, you might have spotted a world-first taking place on Burj Khalifa. The world’s tallest building shined bright in a pink hue, with the news that Dubai’s new hotspot, Trove, has officially launched in The Dubai Mall.
The experience took place during Trove’s glittering launch party, where Dubai’s movers and shakers gathered to celebrate the grand opening in style. During its month-long soft opening, Trove has already welcomed top celebrities including star basketball player, LeBron James; and top DJ Steve Aoki.
Trove is described as an art cafe, restaurant & lounge concept, where art and food merge with world-class gastronomy and special art pieces. The team enlisted the help of New-York based secret modern artist Mr Flower Fantastic, who curated two big art pieces exclusively for the venue, including a huge floral sculpture throne and a massive leaf-green bear.
Art isn’t reserved solely for the walls, as it makes its way onto the plate too. Chef Doğukan has carefully curated a menu in order to cater to each and every customer, offering dishes that cater to all dietary requirements, with produce personally sourced by the chef himself.
Trove has also now launched its breakfast menu, meaning the restaurant can now serve you from morning until night. Whether choosing a spot inside the decorated venue, or out on the expansive terrace, guests are sure to have an unforgettable experience.
Staying true to its theme, Trove will be showcasing a collection of one-of-a-kind art pieces from around the world, as a way of supporting and representing global artists.
