Feeling indecisive about what to eat? This one is for you…Mimi Kakushi has launched a leave-it-to-the-chef omakase menu taking place on weekdays from 7pm to 9pm.
Competition for a spot at the six-seater chef’s table is fierce but it is here that Chef Go Nagano serves up a creative Japanese tasting menu across four courses including a selection of sushi, sashimi, appetisers, a hot main, and dessert.
Each course is paired with bespoke cocktail creations curated by Manja Stankovic at the bar.

A different kind of dinner and a show – guests surrounding the kitchen can watch a magnificent cooking performance including deft knife handling, the exact blow torch technique, and the rice shape, as well as listen to Chef Go Nagano as he shares his stories, experiences, and recommendations. An intimate dining experience.
Mimi Kakushi’s Omakase experience is priced at Dhs1,100 per person inclusive of four courses and premium paired cocktails.

The trendy Japanese restaurant located at Four Seasons Resort evokes 1920s Osaka with a lively atmosphere, seasonal ingredients, and exotic decor. Mimi Kakushi has also been named one of the World’s Best Bars, placing at an impressive 58 in the top 100 list.
To end the week in style, Mimi Kakushi also has a weekly brunch taking place every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, called Nouveau Orient. The three-hour brunch package takes guests through a series of tantalising Asian dishes, paired with perfectly balanced cocktails or mocktails.
