Celebrating its 35th edition, and still able to claim its status as the longest-running event on the DP World Tour outside of continental Europe, the Hero Dubai Desert Classic has throughout its history, created some momentous moments.

The line-up of players this year is as strong as it ever has been. Headlined by defending champion, and World Number Two, Rory McIlroy, he is joined by reigning Open Champion Brian Harman, European Ryder Cup heroes Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton and rising PGA TOUR star Cameron Young.

But the list goes on; European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald, Rolex Series winner Ryan Fox and Major Champions Padráig Harrington, Francesco Molinari and Adam Scott are just to name a few of the DP World Tour legends in tow.
