Inspired by countryside cooking in Lebanon, Masaad’s owners adopt the ‘eat well, eat local’ mantra. Ninety per cent of ingredients are sourced regionally. Grab your staple Japanese favourites served with an authentic twist. The traditional robatayaki cooking style is adopted here so the chefs cook over an open flame. Originating from Japanese beach restaurants, where fishermen cooked their catch over an open fire using an oar, Haru chefs serve their dishes using authentic wooden paddles.
