When it comes to speedy service, McDonald’s UAE already reigns supreme. But in an effort to continuously improve their offerings, the quick service restaurant has unveiled its new ‘Order Ahead’ Service, to speed up the process further.

How does it work?

Using the McDonald’s App, customers can now order their meals and pay in advance for pick up at front counters and Drive-Thru across the country at their convenience. Those who wish to enjoy dine-in can also use the service to skip the queues and have their orders delivered to their tables.

Orders will be ready at the counters for customers who choose to pick up from the restaurant, or can be delivered directly to customers who choose table service.

If you’re using a Drive-Thru service, you can order and pay in advance there, too. The process is also integrated with the Rewards Program, allowing customers to earn and redeem reward points.

Feel good food

Building on food quality awareness is paramount to McDonald’s UAE, who are constantly improving the quality of its food in order to serve customers better. Key quality characteristics include 80 per cent less saturated fat in its cooking oil, 100 per cent pure and halal beef and chicken, and farm fresh vegetables from approved suppliers.
