Sponsored: Everyone’s invited for an epic festival weekender…

The countdown is firmly on: Emirates Dubai 7s takes over The Sevens Stadium from Friday December 1 to Sunday December 3, and it’s an unmissable event for all ages.

The festival weekender promises plenty of all-star sport, and already-announced epic headline sets from Brit popstar Becky Hill and top DJ MK. But there’s so much more to this fun-filled, family spectacle.

Family fun

The fabulous weekend caters to families with activities and entertainment taking place for all ages.

Little Emirates Dubai 7s fans can look forward to a kids’ zone double the size of last year. For the littlest ones, there’s a toddler soft play zone, a fully staffed junior inflatable area and a ball pit for blowing off some steam. Get creative at the arts and crafts area, then chill out at the bean bag zone, before getting back into the action all over again.

New for 2023, a universal fun fair favourite – a carousel – joins the entertainment line-up for families. There’s more fun to be had a the entertainment stage too, with an action-packed itinerary of Disney sing-along shows, balloon bending, and a silent disco with child-friendly playlist. Plus, keep an eye out for the giant roaming mascots- and be sure to snap a photo with them.

Those looking to play dress up can visit the Prince and Princess photo booth, followed by a stop for face painting, hair braiding and transfer tattoos, or opt for the Teens Get Glam station for glitter and hair braiding.

At the Teen Hub, older children get get their kicks with the big red slide, football darts, the big baller, Flip-It, foosball, table tennis and more.

It won’t be the Emirates Dubai 7s without some interactive sports for the kids to get involved with, from giant football to giant crazy golf and VR Walk the Plank, it’s fun, active, and sure to result in a seriously tired-out bunch on the way home.

And everyone’s encouraged to get involved when it comes to fancy dress. This year’s theme is ‘Land and Sea,’ so start planning your outfit accordingly.
