Yes, that’s for a return flight…

Thinking of booking that long weekend out of the UAE? Well, if Oman isn’t already on your radar, it definitely should be now.

Getting to the neighbouring Oman just got a whole lot more affordable as low-budget airline, Salam Air, have launched return flights to and from Abu Dhabi from Dhs383.

The wallet-friendly, one-hour flights run between Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH) and Muscat (MCT) four times a week.

Flights depart from Abu Dhabi to Muscat, Oman at 11.05am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A later flight time of 7.35pm departing Abu Dhabi will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

On the return journey, flights will depart from Muscat Oman at 9.20am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Wednesdays and Saturdays flight departure scheduled at 5.55pm back to Abu Dhabi.

A one-way flight costs as little as Dhs191.

If you’re looking to add extra baggage, choose your seat or order an on-board meal, there will be an extra cost, however passengers will receive at 10 percent discount on meals.

Captain Mohamed Ahmed CEO of Salam Air said,”Combined with our current popular flights to Dubai, our Abu-Dhabi direct flights offer yet another dimension to travellers going on to the UAE or connecting though Muscat to other places,”

As well as Abu Dhabi, Salam Air connects Muscat to Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh and Kuwait City.

There’s really no excuse not to book that long weekend staycay now…
