Hot-right-now Brit Award-nominated artist Labrinth brings his crowd-pleasing blend of hip hop and pop sensibilities to Yasalam Beats On The Beach. The Tini Tempah producer – who hit mainstream pay dirt with his Emelie Sandé-sung UK No.1 smash Beneath Your Beautiful – has been added to the line-up for the free three-day event at Al Sahil Beach, Abu Dhabi Corniche.

The event kicks off on Thursday, October 31, with Lab slated to perform on November 1. He’ll appear alongside triple-Grammy winner and US rap star Ludacris, who released his Ludaverse album earlier this year, and Jamaican-American rapper Sean Kingston.

Meanwhile, Labrinth has been no slouch in the awards department this year. On top of his Brit Award nomination, he recently picked up the Amex UK Innovation Award at music charity Nordoff Robbins’ O2 Silver Clef Awards Ceremony in the UK. The first non-talent show signing to Simon Cowell’s record label Syco Music in six years, Lab’s second album is a work in progress.
