FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Cosy and wooden, it feels a bit like a trendy Swedish cabin. But the food is most definitely Spanish.
VIBE
A casual, mellow place with an open kitchen and friendly waiters.
WHAT TO ORDER
Eggplant, fried in a light batter and served with honey, was delicious, as were the juicy meatballs that came with a creamy almond sauce, chicken paella.
LOOK OUT FOR
The baskets attached to the ceiling. Get involved with the introductory board of green tomato, a halved garlic bulb, a bottle of olive oil and a pile of sea salt.
IDEAL FOR
A light lunch or a quiet dinner when you want to keep it casual and have a glass of something cold.
INSIDER INFO
The churros (hot doughnut sticks) need 10 minutes to be made but they’re worth the wait.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Tasty tapas in a very pretty setting that isn’t your typical Dubai restaurant. The deal of three tapas dishes for Dhs95 or six for Dhs180 is pretty good.
