What’s On has details about new tickets packages for the Formula 1 Eithad Airways 2015 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, to be held November 27 to 29.

A new ticket package is available for this year’s edition of the Formula 1. To be hosted from November 27 to 29th at Yas Island, the race weekend will offer a more affordable, one-day roaming ticket for Friday.

Friday Roaming ticket holders, priced at Dhs515, will have seats either in the Marina Grandstand or South Grandstand, and will be able to access all of the Oasis areas as well as receive tickets for the Friday After Race Concert.

Other new elements at the race will include a stronger emphasis on local culture, in the run up to National Day on December 2, with guests being able to participate in more heritage-related activities.

In addition, visitors in the new corporate hospitality suites, Marsa Boxes, will be able to meet F1 racing legend Mark Webber and eat food from a yet-to-be-announced celebrity chef.

“Last year was a tremendous success and we are looking to build on that in 2015,” said Al Tareq Al Ameri, CEO of Yas Marina Circuit. “We are constantly aiming to improve our visitor experience and the race weekend is about more than what happens on the track.”

The after-race concerts and musical acts accompanying the celebrations will be announced later in the year.

Tickets for the 2015 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are available now, with those booking select packages before May 31, 2015 eligible for an early bird discount.
