Oxygen facial
Blast your face with cold oxygen to look younger. The Age Defying Oxygen Treatment at the Anantara Spa uses German technology to apply 95 per cent pure oxygen on to the skin, which is said to boost elasticity and enhance skin cell renewal. The treatment lasts 90-minute.

Eat off a new menu
Jones the Grocer has launched a new, all-day-dining menu that features wheat free, paleo and vegetarian dishes. New items include coconut flour pancakes with blueberry compote, smoked scarmoza cheese and roast peppers ciabatta, zaatar grilled zucchini and eggplant wholemeal wrap, sea bass on soba noodles and a zucchini lasagna with five cheeses.

Comedy Friday
‘The Undercover Brother’ is heading to Abu Dhabi this summer. Hollywood actor and comedian Eddie Griffin will be in the capital cracking jokes with a supporting act made that includes Egyptian-American Ahmed Ahmed, Comedy Central frequenter Wil Sylvince and Canadian Mo Amer, whose humour is based on sticky situations he manages to find himself in – including travelling the world without a passport.

Look at some art
Romanian-French artist Mioara is showcasing her first solo exhibition in Abu Dhabi at The Space. Titled Blue Silence, the show features a selection of artwork that is inspired the intricate patterns found in henna designs and the colours gold, silver and blue. The show will be on offer until September 21.
