What’s On can confirm that MTV Video Music Award winner Nicki Minaj will be in Dubai tonight with fiance Meek Mill.

Fresh from the MTV Video Music Awards, Nicki Minaj is expected to appear at People by Crystal in Raffles Hotel tonight.

A source has confirmed that the Anaconda rapper and singer, who won the VMA for Best Hip Hop Video, will be in town to support her fiancé Meek Mill, who will be performing at the club’s lively ladies night, Selfie Tuesdays. It’s not clear whether or not the singer will take to the stage herself.

Minaj has been hitting the headlines recently, after her controversial appearance at the VMAs. During the ceremony, she laid her Twitter feud with Taylor Swift to rest by joining the singer onstage for a performance of Swift’s Bad Blood.

However, she sparked a whole new feud by confronting the evening’s host, Miley Cyrus; the Can’t Stop singer had allegedly called Minaj “not very polite” on social media prior to the show. Maybe a relaxed night out in Dubai is just what the Super Bass singer needs.

Mill, who’s set to perform songs from his hit album Dreams Worth More Than Money is no stranger to Twitter feuds himself. Earlier this year, the rapper accused hip hop star Drake of not writing his own songs.
