To celebrate its 19th year, BurJuman’s Safe & Sound campaign has taken a different direction with the release of its app. Replacing the traditional walkathon, the app gives users the chance to log your steps (even in the supermarket for non-sporty types) to help Safe & Sound reach a 50,000km goal. Once that goal is hit, BurJuman will donate Dhs100,000 to the cause, which will be used to help support patients through the Al Jalila Foundation and Breast Friends. You can also donate directly through the app, which will stay active
all year.
