Celebrities in the UAE this week: Cricket legends & music stars
Dubai is quickly becoming the mini-break and stopover favourite for the world’s rich and famous.
With so many A-listers (and, let’s be honest B-, C- and D-listers) visiting the glittering emirate every day, we bring you a weekly round up of who was spotted where.
This week it was all about the legends of cricket and music…
Indian cricket legend Virender Sehwag (what an opening batsman he was) took a stealth selfie near the Burj Khalifa:

And he even hung out with his former rival Inzamuam-ul-Haq (who is widely regarded as Pakistan’s greatest ever batsman) while helping open a Madina hypermarket in Abu Dhabi – check out that crowd!

American rapper Flo Rida hitched a ride on the world’s first ever Mercedes – which now sits in Abu Dhabi. PS: Isn’t GDFR a tune? We can’t listen without at least boppin’ our heads. Physically impossible.
