02) Three new facials to try


The Crowne Plaza has added three new facials to its menu for summer.  The spa here uses products by New Zealand brand Living Nature and ladies can try the Balancing Clear Facial (a lymphatic drainage massage and detoxifying mask of Halloysite clay, rosehip and evening primrose oil) and the Youth Boosting Facial (deep exfoliation, a massage and facial with a black marble AcuBeauty wand, plus Living Nature’s special serum of rosehip, rose and carrot oils). The Especially For Men treatment includes deep cleansing and combination masks along with a foot, shoulder and upper
body massage.

03) Get a facial and lift those eyelids


Head to Iridium Spa for an Espa bespoke facial and you’ll receive a Dhs100 voucher off your next session and a complimentary lift and eye firm treatment also. The facial uses SkinVision face mapping technology – it reveals skin conditions that need TLC the naked eye can’t see.

04) Try a Splendour session at St Regis


The St Regis Splendour is a spa day at Remede Spa and the treatment lasts a whopping four and a half hours. It includes a diamond microdermabrasion performed on the face and entire body (to banish dry and damaged skin). An exfoliation session follows, and then a paraffin treatment is applied all over the body and face to feed your skin. Body butters with peptide are next on the menu. The experience ends with a 60-minute massage.
