The only thing better than a good yoga class is a free yoga class…

Everyone knows that yoga is good for you. Not only is it a fantastic form of exercise, it’s also a great way to destress after a hard day’s graft.

Of course, the only thing better than a good yoga class is a free yoga class, which is precisely what’s on offer at the Dubai Marina Mall starting this weekend.

Every Friday from now until the end of winter (which we’re going to generously assume that’s well into April) you can take part in a free Yoga class run by those stretchy experts from Lululemon. The classes are happening outside on the Dubai Marina Mall promenade and are set against the backdrop of the waterfront.

Classes kick off at 8.30am, are open to both men and women, and there’s no need to register in advance. Simply turn up, park yourself on one of the supplied yoga mats and get to getting limber.
