Fire breaks out at Global Village
No injuries were reported.
A fire broke out at popular Dubai theme park Global Village on Tuesday evening.
Photos and videos posted to social media show the Yemen pavilion engulfed in flames and smoke.

According to Dubai Media Office, the fire was put out by Dubai Civil Defence, with no casualties reported.
Two pavilions adjacent to the site of the fire were evacuated to ensure the safety of visitors.
Global Village was still receiving visitors on Tuesday evening. The affected pavilions were expected to re-open within an hour, Dubai Media Office tweeted around 6.30pm.
Global Village released a statement about the fire just after 7pm:
Global Village team managed to control a small fire that occurred at the façade of one of the pavilions in a record time without any injuries or damages.

It is unclear what caused the blaze.
The Dubailand theme park opened for its 22nd season in November.
Last year, the park received 5.6 million visitors over its 159 days of operation.
