A new Dhs1.3 billion residential development has been unveiled for JLT
As well as more than 2,500 apartments there will be shops, restaurants, a roof garden, nursery and a gym…
UAE-based developer Seven Tides has announced that it is launching a new residential development, SE7EN CITY JLT, due for completion by 2021.
Spread over 3.5 million square feet, the new Dhs1.3 billion project will be located in JLT’s Cluster Z, opposite the Montgomery and Emirates’ golf courses and the Emirates Hills community .
The supersized tower sits on a common podium, which will host a collection of restaurants overlooking the lake.
Inside, you’ll find more than 2,600 apartments which start from studios up to three bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of duplex apartments. There will also be a gym, health club, infinity pool, children’s pool, a roof garden, plenty of shops, a supermarket and ample parking space.
“SE7EN CITY JLT is designed to provide everything a resident might possibly want, with retail, entertainment, food and beverage outlets, a nursery, gym and a health club” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides.
But we reckon it won’t just be the swanky interiors that make this an appealing address. The developer advertises that there’ll be ‘stunning panoramic views of Jumeirah Islands, the Montgomerie and Emirates Golf Courses, the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residences’.
Anyone else eyeing up that rooftop pool?
