Take a trip to Turkey for iftar without leaving Dubai
Sponsored: Kebabs, dolma and baklava – it’s a Turkish delight at the Rixos Premium Dubai’s Istanbul Iftar…
We’re spoiled for choice when it comes to iftars in Dubai – no matter what cuisine you’re craving, you can guarantee there will be an iftar to satisfy you. And if you happen to hankering for some delicious Turkish food this Ramadan, we know just the place.
Rixos Premium Dubai is hosting an Istanbul Iftar at its lovely Turquoise restaurant, showcasing the authentic flavours of Turkish cuisine combined with Turkish hospitality (Rixos is actually a Turkish hotel brand).
The iftar buffet features traditional dishes including a wide selection of hot and cold mezze, soups, salads, and main courses, including succulent Turkish grilled meats. This is all washed down with Ramadan juices, Arabic coffee and soft drinks.
How stunning are those decorations? This iftar was designed to be Instagrammed…
We recommend settling in for the night – because from 9pm, you can head upstairs to Turquoise’s private enclosed terrace, which has been transformed into a traditional majlis lounge especially for Ramadan. Beautiful.
Here, you can enjoy shisha, and indulge in sweet treats like baklava and Turkish ice cream, as well as special teas and coffees.
Rixos Premium Dubai’s Istanbul Iftar costs Dhs199 per person – so if you want to be whisked away to Turkey for the night, this is one to book.
Rixos Premium Dubai, JBR, daily from sunset to 9pm, Dhs199. In-room suhoor also available from 11pm to 4am, Dhs149. Tel: (04) 520 0333. premiumdubai.rixos.com
