This is one of Dubai's most enchanting iftar venues
Sponsored: Enjoy an al fresco iftar at The Courtyard Manzil Downtown this Ramadan…
Ramadan is fast approaching, and if you’re looking for an extra special iftar to celebrate the start of the holy month, we know just the place.
Inside the Manzil Downtown hotel on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, you’ll find a hidden gem called The Courtyard.
Located at the heart of the boutique hotel, the Arabesque restaurant offers a spectacular al fresco setting (don’t worry, there’s outdoor air conditioning for those sticky summer nights).
During Ramadan, the open-air dining space comes to life with glowing lanterns, crescents and hundreds of twinkling lights.
When it comes to the food, you’re spoiled for choice. Once the sun has set, you’ll break the fast with cold mezze and soup, followed by hot mezze and a sharing menu.
Expect plenty of delicious aromas from the live cooking stations serving up ouzi, shawarma, saj and falafel. You’ll also be served two main courses and four skewers of grills, direct to the table.
This will all be washed down with traditional juices and desserts, including a fresh fruit platter and iftar favourite kunafa – a Levantine dessert made of gooey cheese soaked in sweet rosewater syrup, topped with shredded pastry.
An atmospheric venue combined with an array of mouth-watering dishes? Sounds like the perfect iftar experience.
