At suhoor, expect to be spoiled for choice with both a la carte and buffet options. Dishes originate from Moroccan to Lebanon and Persia to the Gulf, with international delicacies like Peruvian and Italian also on offer. So, even the pickiest of eaters will be able to enjoy their meal.

Plus, you can enjoy a Middle Eastern spread complimented by an oud and violin duo. Shisha will also be served during Suhoor, with an extensive shisha menu available from Dhs95. For suhoor, it’s adults only, although children are welcome to join at iftar.

For iftar, it’s a lavish spread complete with nine food stations that will see a host of signature Middle Eastern delicacies displayed. Guest can tuck into inventive fusions such as Mandi-cooked salmon, typical favorites flavored with hand-roasted spices and tagine cooked in traditional clay cookware.
