Lazy travellers rejoiced when Emirates introduced its home check-in and baggage collection service earlier this year, and now Flydubai has followed suit.

Those flying with the low-cost airline are now able to check in for their flight and rid themselves of their baggage from the comfort of their home.

A representative from luggage delivery service DUBZ will come to your house up to 24 hours before your flight (but no later than fourhours before), print your boarding pass and baggage tags on the spot, and deliver your bags to the airport for you.

Travelling light? Even if you only have hand luggage, you can still get it whisked away to the airport – and it will be handed back to you right before you board the plane. Talk about travelling in style!

If you’re arriving in Dubai, you also have the option to have your bags collected from the luggage belt and delivered directly to your home or hotel.

So, how much does it cost? The service starts at a standard price of Dhs110 for one bag, while the belt pick-up starts at Dhs99. Plus, as part of the launch they’re offering 30 per cent off until June 30 (you can find out more about that here).
