The secret weapon behind Queen B’s hits is performing five-nights a week at Q’s Bar & Lounge…

You may not have heard of R&B songstress Nstasia, but we bet you’ve heard her work. The American singer and songwriter (born Nastasia Griffin) has penned tunes for megastars like Usher, Kelly Clarkson and music industry royalty Beyoncé.

And now she’s in Dubai to show off her own performing chops with a three-month residency until September 8 at one of the city’s best live music venues.

Nstasia will take the stage five nights a week at Q’s Bar & Lounge at the Palazzo Versace, the Quincy Jones-owned venue that has become synonymous with top-tier jazz, soul and R&B music in Dubai.

Having worked with the likes of Skrillex and Macy Gray, it’s no wonder Fact Magazine branded her “Beyoncé’s new songwriting secret weapon”. Quincy Jones himself had this to say: “This talented little lady has been one of the best-kept secrets in the industry, as a songwriter, for artists such as my lil siblings, Beyonce and Usher, but now it’s her turn to take the stage,”
