Great news for all your younger friends…

The price of a spirit and mixer in Dubai typically ranges from Dhs40 to Dhs60, but at Bar Baar in Bur Dubai it changes case by case with their ‘Age No Bar’ night.

Every Wednesday, head down to the Bur Dubai gastropub and you’ll be able to redeem five drinks priced at your age. Basically, the younger you are, the cheaper your drinks will be.

Guests simply have to show a valid ID to redeem the offer.

There are a couple of rules though. The offer is valid on five drinks per person, which can’t be split.Guest are welcome to pay for their friends bills, but can’t share their discount with any other customers. So those 22-year-olds can’t be redeeming drinks for Dhs22 for their thirty-something friends.

Bar Baar opened its doors earlier this year, replacing the long-standing Music Room in Bur Dubai’s Majestic Hotel. Described as an ‘Indian social gastropub’, the casual watering hole offers some top deals on other days too, with a Monday ladies’ night giving the girls three free drinks and a 30 per cent discount on food, and ‘Wholesale Tuesday’s offering drinks from as little as Dhs10.
