Recognised the world over as the defining character of Disney, Mickey Mouse made his debut on November 18, 1928 in Steamboat Willie – the world’s first cartoon with synchronised sound. Since then, he’s gone on to star in hundreds of shows and movies and was the first cartoon character to get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. For such a tiny fella he holds a great deal of weight – not only in the world of animation, but also for personifying (mouse-ifying?) the Disney magic.

From Friday November 9 to Saturday November 24, children and families can celebrate Walt Disney’s cartoon character, with a binge-worthy selection of Mickey shows and movies – available in Arabic and English – via a limited-time pop-up channel on OSN.

Highlights include a special Mickey’s 90th Spectacular film aired on Sunday November 18. Plus Fantasia 2000 (November 12, 22 and 23), Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers (November 10, 12, 15 and 19), A Day in the Life of Mickey – a series of five-minute clips filmed with Saudi-based influencer Mohamed Moshaya and his family as they explore Disneyland Paris, as well as hit children’s series Mickey and the Roadster Racers and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse aired daily.
