Watch: The Liverpool football team have landed in Dubai
The squad are in the UAE for a few days of warm weather training…
Fresh off the back of the arrival of Manchester United, another British football team have landed in Dubai for warm weather training.
The team arrived today, Monday 21 January, and videos have already emerged of the squad at their training ground in Dubai, which looks like it’s the Nad Al Sheba complex.
The video shows English midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain moving freely with the ball at his feet – a promising sign for fans considering the football star has been out of action recently due to injury.

Although we’re not sure where they’re staying, last January manager Jurgen Klopp brought his team to Dubai for training and they stayed at The Westin Mina Seyahi, so we wouldn’t be surprised if that was also where they stayed this time around.
The length of their trip is currently unknown, although they’ll need to be back in the UK to take on Leicester on January 30.
Liverpool’s visit follows on from the arrival of the Manchester United football team at the start of January, who spent four days at the One&Only Royal Mirage while enjoying warm weather training in the UAE.
We wonder if they’ll be making their way to Salt Bae…
