Spend time with loved ones at this social eatery over Ramadan
Sponsored: Head to Chival this Ramadan, where spending quality time with your family and friends is made easy…
Making Iftar plans with family or friends this Ramadan? Consider making a reservation at Chival, the chic and cosmopolitan eatery located at La Ville Hotel & Suites, who have an alternative Iftar menu planned out just for you and your loved ones.
While a usual Iftar buffet spread usually means members of your party stepping away from the table every now and then, at Chival, meals will be served directly to the table for a family-style sharing experience.
This means that you’ll be able to spend more time talking and interacting with family and friends while you break fast.
Chef Kinan Ibrahim has curated an Arabic menu based on his inspirations from home-cooked meals from his childhood in Syria.
Remember, that the food served here is family style, so you can savour and share a variety of dishes with your group.
Start off your dining experience with a choice of soups and traditional cold or hot mezzeh, including traditional dishes such as spinach fatayer and wood-fired manakish.
For mains, there’s chicken briyani, Iranian mixed grill, baked seabass with freekeh and you must try shish barak – the most popular item on the menu.
Don’t forget to save some room for dessert, as there are traditional Arabic sweets for you to dig into. More of a chocolate fan? There’s a chocolate fountain pouring unique ruby and milk chocolate with plenty of treats for you to dip into it.
Iftar at Chival is priced at Dhs239 and includes a selection of juices and water. Group booking discounts are available for corporate gatherings and families starting at Dhs169 per person. There’s also shisha available for Dhs60.
