There’s still a couple of weeks of iftar feasting left, and if you’re looking for one with a twist, look no further than Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen. The second global outpost of the Gordon Ramsay restaurant is serving up a world-class feast with culinary flair every day from sunset this Ramadan at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai.
Guests can expect an extensive selection of local flavours that includes sharing mezzes for the table to start, followed by a choice of a la carte mains. Guests will be spoiled for choice with the likes of slow-cooked lamb shank tagine, crispy salmon and a selection of sides such as lamb chops, koftas and shish kebabs all on the menu.
End your iftar on a sweet note, and opt for a decadent sticky date pudding, Middle Eastern classic Umm Ali, or go all out with the Hell’s Kitchens peanut butter fudge cheesecake, drizzled with salted caramel and topped with whipped cream.
Of course, it’ll all be served up with the usual show-stopping theatre the restaurant has become synonymous for.
The iftar menu is served up every day from sunset, priced at Dhs350.
It’s not the only iftar on offer at the new Caesars Bluewaters Dubai. The award-winning Las Vegas buffet concept Bacchanal has made its Dubai debut in Caeasars Resort Bluewaters Dubai and is promising an iftar buffet fit for a Caesar every day from sunset.
Priced at Dhs250 per person, expect grand open kitchens serving up a Middle Eastern style iftar feast. Tuck into the likes of lamb ouzi, as well as mezzes including velvety hummus, sambousek, fatayar and tabbouleh with Arabic bread.
Bacchanal is also open daily for suhoor from 9.30pm to 1am, with a lavish spread available for Dhs200 per person, and the option to enjoy suhoor accompanied by the live melodies of oud and exquisite shisha in the restaurant’s intimate Ramadan conservatory.
