Customers booked on select Emirates seats receive discounted or free Uber trips to and from DXB for travel until 31st August 2019.

Getting a ride home from the airport can be costly, not to mention time-consuming. Arrive at peak time, and the taxi queue can snake its way close to the baggage reclaim exit. Emirates is looking to make this experience more enjoyable this summer for visitors and Dubai residents with a new Uber partnership that gives Emirates Economy Class Flex Plus and Economy Class Flex passengers discounted rides.

Customers who book their travel in Economy Flex Plus can get two free rides to and from DXB from anywhere in Dubai up to the value of Dhs120 per trip.

Meanwhile, customers booked in Economy Flex will get 50 per cent off two rides, to and from DXB to anywhere in Dubai up to the value of Dhs60 per trip.

How to book

The dates of travel – and booking are important. If you booked before June 1, you’re not eligible for the free or discounted rides. You’ll need to book by July 15 for trips up to August 31 to avail the flights.

Upon booking you will receive a promotional code in the confirmation email from Emirates, which you can then use in the Uber app.

The Uber promotion code offer is currently also available for Emirates passengers visiting Dubai from more than 50 global destinations within North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Australasia and Far East.

The offer is only available to those who book via the Emirates website.
