The Bungalow will launch with a series of exciting activations…

Laguna Waterpark opened in May 2018 and has been a popular destination for residents and tourists ever since. The La Mer attraction recently revealed the launch of their first licensed bar, which will be a rooftop venue named The Bungalow.

The Bungalow is described as ‘a backyard vibe with a seaside twist’, and is expected to have impressive sea views. The venue can be accessed from within the Waterpark itself or if you just want to head there for sundowners and bites, The Bungalow also has a separate entrance outside the waterpark.

Aiming to merge Baja California’s surf lifestyle with the Gulf of Arabia’s history and community, The Bungalow promises to offer a ‘refreshing menu of drinks and creative bites in glutenous proportions’.

It’s expected to open some time around the end of October or early November, and there’s already a series of exciting activations in the works. Guests can enjoy a Baja California Mexican themed night every Sunday, as well as Taco Tuesdays and Brunch on the Deck every Friday.

The beach bar has also teased what looks to be a ladies’ night on Wednesdays, although we don’t yet have details on what the Bungalow Babes offer will be. Photos of the venue’s interior are being kept under wraps for now, but we’re expect a laid-back and rustic aesthetic.

Once open, you can check out The Bungalow every night from 7pm till late and enjoy one of the many events they have planned. If you like live music, DJ’s, Mexican bites and stunning sunsets, then this might be just the place for you.
