You can now get Marks and Spencer food delivered to your door

Marks & Spencer Food, the supermarket arm of the popular British retailer, has launched a home delivery app in the UAE. Currently, the app only serves a number of select areas, but there are plans to expand in the near future.

The app, called Marks and Spencer Food – UAE, is available on both the App Store and Google Play store, and free to download. You’ll need to create an account within the application for the delivery, but you can browse products from within sections including Christmas, healthy bites, bakery, vegan, fresh chilled, food cupboard and more without one.

We’ve had a look and yes, mini Colin the Caterpillar cakes are available to deliver.

You’ll also find a range of exciting offers when you download the app, including three for two deals, buy one get one half price offers and 10 per cent off your first order on a range of products. You can search for your required item and even scan the barcode of a product to pull it up on the app.

Delivery requires a minimum order of Dhs150, but the cost of of delivery will be free. You can order before 2pm to receive delivery on the same day, scheduled between 3pm and 9pm.

Areas served include Jumeirah Village Circle, Motor City, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Lakes Towers and The Greens. If your area isn’t included in the current list, you can request to be notified once it becomes available, or find your nearest store.
