The new ‘Trip’ brunch at Conrad Abu Dhabi’s Pan-Latin restaurant, VaKaVa is a genuine gastronomic safari. Taking guests through the highlands of South and Central American cuisine every Friday, from just Dhs295.

VaKaVa’s Trip itinerary begins at 2pm and takes you all the way to scenic sundowners at 7pm. And whilst this is a long and luxurious affair, its also a passionate, adults-only one too. It’s a legit Hispanic love language above all else.

The culinary element of your Trip is experienced through a mix of traditional and modern Latin dishes. Some will be familiar, others are rare recipe gems, harvested from the land of fire and spice, and delivered directly to the capital for your dining pleasure.

Served at your table and enjoyed in sharing platter format, VaKaVa is committed to changing up the stops along the taste-tour every few weeks, adding new menu items to keep the adventure fresh.

But we’ve been given an early look at the launch menu and it’s one you’re going to want to get on board with. Starters include house guacamole; scallop tiradito; beef filet anticucho and wild mushroom coca flatbread.

Main dishes are just as *gestures in Latin* fuego, arriving fresh from the grill in the form of striploin steak with chimichurri; and sea bass infused with lemongrass, ginger and miso.

The final flourish comes care of ‘La Bomba’ a carnival of indulgent dessert flavours, and after the feast, it’s the turn of sophisticated digestif sips to salute the setting the sun.
